When is was 16, I fell off a curb and broke my pinky. It healed crooked and now it's a fancy finger.

I watched The Usual Suspects. It was good, but it surprises me how many people I know like it.

I saw Scream 4.

It felt like part of the Scream franchise.

But like they were making fun of Scream.

I've discovered a show on Netflix.

It only lasted two seasons a few years ago.

It's called Reaper.

It was great.

I seem to love movies, shows and books with Demons.

I've been driving more lately.

I've been driving to pick up Taylee from school.

By myself. Well... with Jaxx.

There's this show on Syfy. It's called Face Off. It's like Project Runway but about Effects Artists. Like the people who create the monsters for zombie movies and stuff.

I love it. If I were to go to college- I'd be doing that.
The other night I was bored.

So I pulled out the old watercolors and began to paint a bruise on my arm.

This was only the beginning.....

I added another bruise.....

And a few more....

And from there- I couldn't stop....

It began to turn into fleshy yuckiness...

By the end- my arm was grotesque and completely covered in fake injuries.

So I added one to my leg.

I've been really bored these days.

Tumor or Grey's Anatomy?

The past several days my head had been slowly killing me. I never get headaches, but the last four days... And it affects the back of my neck.

Now, being an individual that worries like I do, my first thought- Tumor.
Maybe it's a tumor and it's it's slowly killing me.

Also, since Friday, the only thing I've watched has been the second, third and fourth seasons of Grey's Anatomy. Why? Because.
I have no real reason. McSteamy is hot. So is Mc...Kidd..
But in Grey's Anatomy they talk an awful lot about cancers and tumors and other neural problems. Maybe I have headaches because I'm subconsciously paranoid about a tumor because of all the tumor talk. Or maybe it's because I am simply exposing myself to Grey's Anatomy I have no idea.
Make it stop!

I don't do a bunch of crafts. Taylee talked me into making ornaments out of tongue depressors. We got the idea from an ornament Amy gave me a few years ago that I keep on my closet doorknob all year around.

The camera on my phone sucks. My elf ended up looking more like a leprechaun. So I gave him a sign that says, Christmas in Killarny. And I'm not sure why Rudolph is wearing a green fez....Hmm.

A Murder in a Laundry Room...

The blue skinned creatures in white pants and cap were always fun thoughts in the minds and dreams of children when they appeared in comics and cartoon for decades, but today, the child's dreams turned into a horrific nightmare. The Belgian characters, known as The Smurfs to most Americans, lived a happy lives with bold adventures in their village made up of mushroom houses and travel by stork.

Early this afternoon BMD News got a report of disturbance behind the closed doors in a quiet Utah residence. Upon investigation, the body a Smurf was discovered brutally murdered. Though cause of death is yet to be determined, it has been assumed blood loss is a possibility.

By the time help arrived- it was too late. By the time the press arrived...

The corpse had already been taken away.

But the gruesome scene remains...

The identity of the Smurf has not yet been released, and police say that until the family is informed, no more information will be given.

I finished watched all six seasons of The Dead Zone on Netflix. I wish I hadn't. I liked one season. I watched it back when it originally aired but then I stopped watching. I thought it was because I moved and didn't have cable. I don't think so now. I think I stopped watching it because it got boring. And in the last...oh... season, I was on the bad guys side. I want Johnny to FAIL.

Jaxx is cute. He's smiling at me for no reason right now. I want to smack the cuteness right off his face. (But I won't.)

I just drank Vanilla Slimfast... I don't feel so good.

I'd like to watch a movie.

I don't know what though. If I spend too much time looking for a movie Jaxx gets impatient and insists on Diego or Veggie Tales. Then I have to say no and he gets mad at me.

I'm happy Glenn Beck survived. :)

I haven't posted in a while. I usually go once a week. I haven't felt like posting. I haven't had a lot to say. I still don't have a lot to say. I want a donut. I want a coke. I want various types of chocolate, but I have none so that's why I'm craving it.

My computer likes to blue screen when it runs for more than an hour. I don't know what's wrong with it. I weep inside every time it does it. It won't even run a game. It quits before the Main Menu.

Heidi's new babe is cute. He's got squishy cheeks and looks like Kylie did. It's Benjamin. I call him Benji. Heidi hates me for it. But if she wasn't prepared for the nicknames- it's her fault.

Barbecue with Country Singers and Other People...

Someday, in the world that exists in my head, I'm gonna have me a Barbecue. Who am I gonna invite to my barbecue? People who make me happy. People who I like as people- not because I'm a fan of them, but because I feel like they are people I wish I knew. People I would like to be friends with and have a beer with. (Soda for me, of course). People who seem like cool people.

Who is on this list of people?

Well, first off, George W. Bush. Doesn't he seem like he's fun to know? I don't care if you think he ruined America. I think he is an enjoyable individual. Remember his reaction when he couldn't open the door. He's a dork. I like him.

Secondly, Adam Baldwin. How could I not invite him? He's brought me much joy since I was eight. And I think he's awesome. Who doesn't?

Thirdly, we have Toby Keith. I love Toby. He's just so... Toby Keith. He seems like a good chap. He's like a Teddy Bear. However- I hope he either gets better acting lessons or quits movies.

Next we have George Strait. George is one of my favorite people on the planet. I've always been a fan of him. As long as I can remember, George has been there.

Fifth on the list, is Tim McGraw. He seems normal- not like most celebrity's. Especially ones that say or sing that they're still normal. Like that wife of his. Mississippi Girl? The song is about how she's still the same she used to be. But the song is saying how awesome she finds herself. It's going against itself. And she totally has a big head. Youtube it. I even don't mind him as an actor. In fact- I would like to see him in more movies. He had short rolls in The Kingdom and Friday Night Lights and I say he did well in both.

I would like the Jonas Brothers to be there as well. Why wouldn't I? They seem like good sensible young men. And they're a hoot on that show of theirs. Pre- LA. I liked it better when they lived in the fire house. It was goofier.

Of course Glenn Beck needs to be there. It would be just swell to be around him. I love him. Glenn Beck for President! I'm jealous of his friends. I want to know him! If you don't like him, you shouldn't be reading my blog and should leave the page immediately.

I can't think of the others I'd invite. Help me out. Who do you think I should invite?

This is kind of a long post. You'd better have time to stop and appreciate all that I'm about to tell you. It's kind of a I have some things I wanna talk about but no one cares post. Feel free to skip this one if you so need.
Not a lot goes on in my world. I've watched a lot of movies lately. We had a nice little X-Men marathon starting with Wolverine and working our way through 1, 2 and 3. I like those movies. I know most geeky people hate them because they differ from the comics- Whatever- I didn't read them. I don't care. I like them.

I didn't remember a lot from this one. I only watched it three hundred times in 2003. I'm surprised so much left my brain. I'm not sure why but I loved it.

And Shawn Ashmore who plays Iceman looks just like Luke. Seriously. It's weird. I think Tami has a secret... ha ha? no? kay...

Ben Foster was in The Last Stand and he's easily my 3rd or 4th favorite actor though the movie was boring. I would watch most movies just for him though. Hostage, Get Over It. 30 Days of Night. 3:10 to Yuma. He's awesome. Not to mention VINNIE JONES is in this one!

I loved Ryan Reynalds in Wolverine. He's neat. Liev Shreiber is neat too. I could have done without the weeny that was Gambit. Terrible actor- who is in love with himself. I'll pass.

I watched Sugar and Spice. (How dare you Amy and Tami for enjoying it.) It wasn't terrible but I credit James Marsden's adorable personality for the parts I did like.

Steel Magnolias is a movie I'll never watch again. I don't understand the appeal. It was sad at every turn and pretty boring. And butts. Man butts everywhere. I think there were more butts in a two minute scene than there were in every movie made in the eighty's and ninety's put together.

I saw Eclipse. Easily the best Twilight Saga movie. I not only enjoyed it as the best Twilight but I enjoyed it as it's own movie.

The guy who played Riley- adorable. Even as a red eyed bad-A vampire he was still adorable. Amy wouldn't let me forget during the movie. He's Australian which adds a little something special.

And Felix- totally hot and totally tall. Dude is over six and a half feet tall and we all now how I like a tall man. ;) Tami and Amy keep telling me he looks like an oaf or could play Frankensteins monster... So what?! He's peachy Keen.
He just so happens to be in X2 and X3. -Really hot in those... I did not watch them because of him though. -Wolverine was on HBO and it made me wanna watch the others- it's coincidence. Now that I think about it- James Marsden is also in the X-Men movies... Hmm..................
Moving on.
I still mock the wolves in the movies though... silly little puppies...
Everyone looked better in this one though. Though their white make up was terrible- the majority of them look much better and less cheap and I didn't hate Rosalie or Jasper as I had before.

I watched The Losers. It reminded me of The A-Team but not. I enjoyed it thoroughly. Except three scenes of naughty that made me uncomfortable. There were a few highly humorous scenes- most involving Chris Evans. I don't know if you would like it but I don't get all technical as some people do.

I couldn't watch X-Men without someone bringing up some problem certain groups had with the government. Why do people try to look for the hidden political or religious or environmental meaning in movies? Unless it is obvious about the meaning like- The Happening (There is no excuse)- Get over it. Don't look so deep into it. Even if it's meant to be a message- look over it. Ignore it if you must. I didn't completely hate Avatar because I wasn't looking at it as though I were watching Pocahontas and Fern Gully with a hint of The Smurfs. Embrace the Bluepees (As I like to call the Na'vi) But we're not talking about Avatar right now....
Which reminds me-
I also saw The Last Airbender and let me tell ya, it was not as awesome as the show.

They pronounce names differently which ticked me off. Uncle Iroh was not a portly fellow with an obsession with tea. Sokka was not as sarcastic or dorky as I had hoped- though there was a slightly humorous moment involving the loss of his boomerang.
It was apparently supposed to take place over several months or weeks, but the way they cut it together and made the time transition it seemed like maybe a week. It wasn't until a character said, "You've been gone for days," that I realized the timeline was much longer than I though. At least it wasn't like the four month transition in New Moon- OH GOSH! I swear- that scene felt like it was actually four months long...
Oh hey... Jackson Rathbone- Jasper in Twilight was Sokka. I wasn't as disgusted as I expected to be but I definitely liked him more as Sokka than Jasper.
I liked the movie though it wasn't up to my standards. It got Tami to watch the show. If you didn't watch the show- you'll probably like the movie. Generally, if you were wanting it to follow the same rules and guidelines that make Avatar: The Last Airbender The Series awesome- you won't get it. (Keep in mind- MuhNight directed it and he screws up everything.)

I really love M&M's. I think I'm border lining addiction. As soon as one bag is empty I gotta get a new one.
Same with these DeLICious Honey Barbecue Chicken Any'tizers. *sings in a high voice* YUMMY! And I can nuke em so I can eat them in two minutes. And that's always a plus. WARNING: Will cause moderate to severe heartburn. Eat in Moderation (Which I can't seem to do.)

I'm hoping that within' the next month or so I'll be able to get into a better habit that involves walking on the treadmill I dished $400 for and Slimfast but I have no willpower. I should, cuz I'm outta shape and have heartburn from too many any'tizers that not even ice cream or Pepto can heal.
But I'm a morning person. I do much better during the day if I get started between 5:00 to 7:00 am. My schedule now involves forcing myself to go to sleep when the sun creeps out from the blanket I pinned to my wall as a curtain and then kicking myself because I only have a few hours before I gotta work. I shouldn't do this. I already lack energy from my Vitamin D deficiency because I never eat greens or see the sun, so add the fact that I can't pull myself away from the computer at 2:30 in the morning and I'm a sleepy drone. If I could wake up that early and walk before I have to work it would be SWEET! I'd have energy for the day and I wouldn't be too tired to walk Taylee to and from school that she starts in two months.
It'll change. I hope so anyways. I'm a chunky monkey and would like to not be one.
I need some movies to Netflix. I'm planning on watching the two I currently have (The Lovely Bones and Return to Oz) And watching a few online like Full Metal Jacket. I need to watch these dang movies faster. I should watch them and send them back within a three day span. Usually it takes me a week or two which is a major waist of money and perfectly good movies I could have been getting. Anyways. I think I'm done for now... I suppose.

There are a few movies coming out this year. I'm not necessarily excited to see them, but I thought I would bring them to light and show y'all some of the trailers.

First off- I would TOTALLY see this. With Tami. Or Heidi. It's Paranormal Activity 2. The first one HORRIFIED me. When the movie was over it took me a good ten minutes to work up the courage to make the one minute walk back to my house. It freaked me out.
This one has a dog and a baby involved. Animals and babies are always more perceptive of paranormal-ness. Not that I'm a psychotic paranormal believer but Old Lady Jackson has terrified me enough to be aware.

The second movie- Sorcerer's Apprentice.
Wait a minute- you mean to tell me that Jerry Bruckheimer is producing a movie with Nicholas Cage! I'm shocked. No. Not really. What do you want to bet there's gonna be a five minute long chase scene that is pointless to the story line? If there's not I surely will be shocked.

Next- Scott Pilgrim VS the World.
I'm so ashamed of my self but I actually want to see this. I hate Michael Cera. Most people think he's funny- I don't get it, but there is something that appealed to my geek side.
Maybe its the fact that Edgar Wright directed it. Why should that matter? Because that is the awesome man that directed Shawn of the Dead and Hot Fuzz.

Also- Nanny McPhee Returns.
I liked the first one. It was cute. It's like Mary Poppins but not. This one has Ewan McGregor. Yeah, yeah. You probably hate him. I think he's adorable. His face helps too.
The down side? Maggie Gyllenhaal. I hate her. She's funny looking and she's gross.

And lastly- Resident Evil: Afterlife.
Bla bla bla. I don't care if you thought the others were crap. I will watch the 1st and 3rd if they're on TV. And I've had Tami's copy of the 3rd for weeks. The second was boring. I actually don't remember much of it. Maybe I should re-watch it. This one has Wentworth Miller and he has a nice face. Yeah- that's one reason I liked the 3rd. It had Christopher Egan who also has a nice face. There are some movies I'm willing to surrender my self to for the simple reason of eye candy.

I can wait for the DVD release on a few but some I expect Tami or Heidi to take me too. :)

I forgot how truly awesome this show is. This week I've been watching it since the first episode and I'm only two seasons in and I didn't realized how many I had missed! It kind of makes me sad.

The House and Camera...

We're moving. To this house.

It's in Lehi. I won't give you the address.

It's pretty spiffy. I love the house. It has neat stairs.

And my room is awesome.

We found this little fella in the front room. Only moments after we set the little guy free a bird gave us an example of how the food chain works.

Jeremy and Chelcie's bathroom is superfantastic.

The house is awesome.

I want to go now. But we have no cable. Or internet. Or hot water. Or pest control. All things which will be turned on this week. It's not soon enough.

In case you didn't notice, I've discovered the panoramic setting on the camera Tami gave me. I'm not very good with it yet, but I've only taken a few pictures.

I also enjoy using the macro setting on the camera. Plants are pretty up close.

DVR Blues...

I love being able to record things without having to set up a VCR. And not having to remember what day of the week and at which time your show is on. When it comes time to watch something recorded, I need to be in the mood to watch it. A lot of my DVR space revolves around the following:


I have weekly shows that I watch like  or  or  or  but I usually delete after I've finished watching.
Once in a while something from the History Channel will record and that's exciting, but then I watch it and its gone.
Too bad History Channel mostly sucks now. 99.9 percent of the crap on it is Gangland, Ax Men, Pawn Stars or Ice Road Truckers. I hate those shows. They suck. They're boring.

I loved Cities of the Underworld. That was a great show. I don't think it's new anymore. It makes me sad.

Ancient Discoveries was good.

MysteryQuest as well.
But no. Instead they air shows that have little or nothing to do with history- which just makes no sense.

Let Me Tell You What Annoyed Me Today....

LDS Latinos want church to address crackdown on illegal immigrants (Salt Lake Tribune)

Mormon Latinos on Thursday launched a letter-writing campaign to LDS Church President Thomas S. Monson, urging him to spell out the faith's position on immigration law, an issue they say is dividing the church.

Activist Tony Yapias, of the advocacy group Proyecto Latino de Utah, says he launched the campaign with his own letter to Monson.

Besides letters, Latinos plan to wear ribbons signifying unity in their quest to have the man Mormons regard as a prophet speak up unambiguously on what they see as a moral issue.

"This is affecting our families," Yapias says. "Where's the church in this? The longer they stay quiet, the more political it gets, the more divisive."

Sandy resident Alfredo Gallardo says he, too, is writing Monson to express what many Latino Latter-day Saints feel.

"There is a double standard now -- one for Sunday and one for Monday through Saturday," he says. "We want to write to the prophet to say the feelings of brotherhood have to be followed all the time."

Mormon missionaries increasingly are confronted by prospective converts who believe the church is anti-immigrant, Yapias says, and some Latinos don't even feel welcome in their own LDS congregations because of anti-immigrant rhetoric.

The perception is due partly to the fact that a Mormon, state Sen. Russell Pearce, sponsored Arizona's new immigration law (How dare he?). Rep. Stephen Sandstrom, R-Orem, who also is LDS, hopes to bring a similar law to Utah.

Sandstrom agrees with Pearce -- that the church's 12th Article of Faith points toward rigorous enforcement of immigration laws. That article says Mormons believe in "obeying, honoring and sustaining the law."

In fact, Sandstrom said Thursday, Monson has spoken several times about the necessity of obeying laws, once referring to those who would "bend, twist and wink at violations of the law" as escalating illegal conduct.

Yapias, who is LDS and has a son on a Mormon mission, argues an immigration crackdown is at odds with the church's call for compassion and its practice of ignoring citizenship status when it comes to baptisms, church leadership positions, missions and access to temples.

Legislators such as Pearce and Sandstrom, Yapias says, "just are not getting it." (Of course not. They're not on his side.)

"They are not going to get it," Yapias adds, "until the church takes an official position." (If the church takes America's side, he'll feel sheepish)

Sandstrom says he doesn't expect the church to change its neutral stance.

"I cannot fathom," he says, "the church coming out and saying it's wrong to enforce the law when they've been so strong in saying you need to honor the law."

The Utah-based LDS Church did not directly comment Thursday on the letter-writing drive, but referred to a statement on its newsroom website and e-mailed a similar statement, attributed to spokesman Scott Trotter.

While the church "recognizes the complexities facing elected officials as they grapple with the implications of immigration law," the statement says, it has not taken a position on the issue "which is clearly the province of government."

Church leaders, it adds, "have urged compassion and careful reflection when addressing immigration issues affecting millions of people."

To Michael Clara, a Mormon who lives in a west Salt Lake City neighborhood that is heavily Latino, the letter-writing campaign is both unorthodox and unnecessary.

He offers as proof the church's practice of allowing all members -- documented or not -- access to church ordinances and privileges. Moreover, top church leaders repeatedly have called for compassion.

"I'm not sure what Tony or anyone else wants the LDS Church to say," Clara says. "If you don't get it by now, then you're not listening."

Yapias has applauded other faith leaders, including Bishop John C. Wester, leader of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake City, for speaking out against Arizona's new law and pressing for comprehensive immigration reform. But the Latino activist wants the state's predominant religion to take a stand.

"Why is it," Yapias asks, "that the LDS Church can't say what many other churches have said already?" (Every time the church is honest, they come out as villains. Reflect back to Gay Laws.)

I'm not about to question Joseph Smith's words. I don't like some laws, but I'll obey them if I must. If you're Mormon and you believe in the church, I say you need to embrace the law. Even if you're second cousin and his whole family want to be in America, but for some reason can't or won't wait for citizenship, you need to embrace the laws whether you like it or not and ask them to do things the American way. You know, the way of the country you're trying to illegally get into?

If you're not an American citizen and you think American Traditions and American Laws suck, then go back to which ever hole you came from. I don't care if you're Mexican, British, African or Canadian- Don't throw a temper tantrum when you don't get your way.

I'm not about to go to Canada and say Beer and Hockey suck. I won't go to England and say nasty things about the Queen and double decker buses and wave a gun around.

And I certainly won't go to Mexico on the Fourth of July and say that it's offensive to put the Mexican flag up on an American holiday and insist you put your Mexican Flag T-Shirt inside out.

I don't care what race you are, I don't care if you're black, Mexican, Indian, Chinese or WHITE- if you're in America and you don't have the proper documentation- sorry- you gotsta go.

It ticks me off that they're pushing President Monson for an answer. Even if the church sides with the TemperTantrumWhiners I'll be sticking by this tirade.

The Church said their piece on the Gay Marriage Laws, but that was a law not already passed. Why should the church get into the illegal law at all?

As Americans we have freedom of speech.

Because of this, I'll let you whine. I won't get in your face and tell you you suck. I'll let you say whatever you feel necessary.
Because of this I also have the right to whine. I've said what I felt was necessary.

I don't care if anyone doesn't agree with me or thinks I don't get it. These are my opinions. You have your own. But I'm a white, Mormon, American and am proud to be as such.

My new favorite pastime.

Just discovered it today and I'm LOVING it.... Hee hee.

Video Games are fun. Especially ones that take place in post apocalyptic northern Arizona or Washington DC such as Fallen Earth (AZ) and Fallout 3 (DC).

And I'm excited for the Fallout: New Vegas to come out in the Fall.
Elder Scrolls IV:Oblivion- though not post apocalyptic is also quite entertaining. It's sad though that they will not come out with another one.

I acted like such a girl in this movie. I liked it. It was a chick flick and a clean one at that. I generally don't like chick flicks because they're dirty. It wasn't. Anything Tami and I found dirty we did so because we are immature and giggly and making it naughty ourselves. I want to see it again. Someone take me to see it.

This here fella made the movie AWESOME! He's pretty and in the movie says some humorous things. He brought a smile to my face every time he was on camera. I want a fella that looks like him.

Computers' make me sad. Every time I use one, there's always a problem with it. A game won't work because of one stupid problem or this won't work because of this problem. It gets so frustrating. I had one problem solved when the other problem started. I don't know what's wrong. I don't know how to fix it. Right now the computer is acting like its got the chills. Every three seconds or so whatever I'm watching, playing or listening to suddenly shshshshakes. It's stupid. The computer's stupid.

I can't wait until i can afford a new one. But that won't be for another six to eight months... *sob*

I'm Really Really Really Really Really Really Really Really Really Really giggly and a little hyper because it's 5:30 in the morning and I'm still awake and my giggliness (is that a word?) is keeping me awake and I don't know what to do with myself and it's hard to sit still so I'm looking at pictures of ruins and scenery online and listening to instrumental music to try and calm myself but it's not working and I kinda want something to eat, but the kitchen is all the way upstairs so I guess I won't get anything to eat.

The song Going Home from the Saints and Soldiers soundtrack is wonderful. So is One Last Cigarette. Also Redemption. I dare you to listen to that and not feel sad or be filled with longing.

Another fantastic Song is Theme from Armageddon- Easily one of the best songs ever composed. Even before The Indiana Jones Theme and the Independence Day Theme.

Breaking of the Fellowship from Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring is also pretty Sweet.

The Patriot Theme is cool.

If you can't sleep this music usually but for some lame reason IT'S NOT!

It's all good stuff. Seriously.

It doesn't really matter what. I'll listen to most any music. -Except Vomit Screaming Rock and Rap. I like Will Smith rap, but anyone who listens to hardcore rap will tell you Will Smith sucks. But they suck.

Music is an exellent way to pass the time.
And this is partly my reason for new music. ....

So I saw Legion yesterday with Tami. It was pretty dang good. Don't take that as me saying- go out and watch it. Usually, with my people, if I like something- they think it sucks. So- just take this as me giving you my reasons for liking it.

#1- The story line was intriguing. I won't get into. Let me just say it was almost like a zombie movie... with Angels. I love me a good angel zombie movie. With swords and guns... Well... now I've gone and made it sound lame... Awe well.
#2- I love watching movies where people have wings. I don't know why. I just do.#3- It was pretty intense. I was worried most of the movie. Some freaky things happen and there are explosions and guns and flies...
#4- There is a killer Ice Cream man and 80 year old woman. That is good stuff.
#5- I love Paul Bettany. He is easily in my Top 5 favorite actors. He's really amazing actor and I think he's kinda hot. That could just be me. He plays dark and quiet characters really well. I like it. I like him. Just so we're clear- he plays Geoffrey Chaucer in A Knight's Tale. Every time I talk to someone about him I always- always have to direct them there.

Hot...

Now the reasons I didn't like it.
#1- With movies like this, the characters need to be people you like or relate to. With a few of the characters in this movie, they bothered you. You didn't like them. You didn't care if they succeed. So when something bad happened, all you can think is, "Well- good riddance. They were bothering me anyways." That is not a good way to feel about the main characters in a movie.

#2- One scene involving hand to hand combat had such potential to be awesome. Was it? No. The camera was waaaay to close to the action and they changed angles every nano-second. "Look at this-no this-and this-see this?-how 'bout this?" Dude- seriously. You never quite knew what you were looking at. If it were more at a distance and the camera was in one place for longer than the speed of sound, it would have been awesome.
#3- There was a bit of anti... stuff here and there but- every movie now days is either anti... guns- or anti religion or pro- global warming or bla bla bla. Though it was pretty subtle, you still kinda caught it. Maybe that's not what the film makers meant or maybe they really meant it but I'm not reading enough into it.- Whatever.

My final conclusion? I liked it. I'll buy it when it's $13.00 at Walmart. But like I said, Don't listen to what I or film critics say. Watch it if you want to. Don't watch it if you get scared easily. I'm talking to you Amy.
It is Rated R. I didn't realize this until Tami got carded. (Don't worry. She's 24.) (24? Is that right, Tamelot?) They drop the F- bomb a few times and it has a bit of violence and gore, but- whatever. I'm not affected by any of that. There is like zero dirty things in this movie- Thank heavens. I didn't 'kidsinmind' the movie before I went. That was my fault.

A Georgia woman is in jail after police say she forced her son to kill his pet hamster with a hammer as punishment for bad grades.

The sheriff of rural Meriwether County told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Thursday that the 12-year-old boy told his teacher about the killing. The teacher reported it to the Division of Family and Child Services, who contacted police.

Sheriff Steve Whitlock said 38-year-old Lynn Middlebrooks Geter of Warm Springs faces one charge each of animal cruelty, child cruelty and battery.

I'm disturbed by this. Not because the hamster died, but growing up I always had mice, hamsters, rats and other rodents and it bothered me when they died because of my lack of feeding or watering them. But having to kill one with a hammer that's just wrong.

I wonder how life would be if I did everything I said I was going to do, when I say I'm gonna do it. I've been saying to my self all day, "Get ready for be at 12:30 AM- be in bed by 1:00AM."

Here it is 3:10 AM and I felt as though I have been neglecting by blogging duties of recent months so I needed a good post; About more than just my big toe or some random video on Youtube- so- blogging seemed more important then getting ready for bed.

I should really do things on time. I need to get into a good daily schedule. I watch Taylee and Jaxx everyday and if I'm even a little tired, things don't flow the way they should.

I'm tired-

so I lack the patience I Should have with the children and poor Taylee gets to experience my attitude.

I begin to long for Jaxx's nap time so I might sneak a nap in myself. The only issue with that is if I DO nap, I won't be able to go to sleep until 4:00 AM. I need to be awake by 10:30 AM to watch the wee ones. I'd only have six hours of sleep and NO ONE wants to talk to me then.

Being tired and babysitting is bad. So- It would be best if I could wake up earlier and go to sleep earlier.

Especially since Chelcie's work schedule changes next week and I'd have to wake up earlier. I think I need to wake up around... 7:00 AM... So I'd need to go to sleep at 10:00 or 11:00 PM. I don't know.

But I also need to get into a better eating habit. I'm not exactly what one would call healthy. I'm overweight, on the road to Diabetes with a Calcium, Vitamin C and D deficiency. I don't eat enough green vegetables and I never go outside. I don't like going outside though. They keep that giant light bulb in the sky out there.

It's bright. And hot. Gross.

I need to eat less junk. Less chocolate.

HA HA! Like that'll ever happen.

I really should try though. I currently have no furniture in my room though, so I don't feel like I can get into the schedule I need quite yet. Maybe once all of my belongings are where they should be, things will go better. I dunno. I'll keep you posted.

There now. Aren't you excited. Now you have something to look forward to finding out in a month's time.

BTW-This picture is from Fallout 3. One of my favorite FPS- video games- in history and this is also the reason I stay up late and don't go to sleep on time. Blame Jaxx. He's an enabler. "Play. Play. Bonnie. Play," he says. Yes I get he's not even two but how could I reject such a sweet tone?

As I was watching reruns of Three's Company, I became annoyed when the commercials started. After the first commercial I began to feel self conscious. After the second, I was disgusted with my weight and by the third I wanted to get up and take a lap around the block. But on the fourth I figured out why. All four commercials were for workout video's or weight loss supplements. No wonder I was felling bad about myself. The TV was reminding me how fat I am. Thanks TV. By the fifth commercial I was just plain angry. I feel gross. Now I want a Twinkie. Or a brownie. Or Liposuction.Those weight loss company's are doing a great job of making you feel bad about yourself. The only problem is if you have no income coming in you can't afford to do these weight loss programs. I have no money. Those company's suck. If I want to lost weight I gotta do it the hard way. On my Own.

On a brighter note I recently watch Brick and The Boondock Saints.

I liked them both. They were both really good. The Boondock Saints had some uncomfortable moments though. *Don't watch it unless you have no problem with nudity.*

This is the best 42 minutes of the month. I think Tami would appreciate it most of all. Maybe... You really like Neil Patrick Harris right? I really like Nathan Fillion. It's a Joss Whedon film. In other words- awesome. There is very little suggestive material. You hear less in the 42 minutes than you do in a half an hour of Scrubs or The Office.

I love Halloween.

I don't particularly know why I love it.

I just do.

I don't dress up.

I don't go to parties.

I don't go Trick'O'Treating.

Dexter

Dude- this show is Disturbing. But I can't get enough of it. It's about this Forensic Investigator, Dexter Morgan, who kills people who have done bad things. It is- again- disturbing. They have dirty language, dirty content and gory scenes, but I love that Michael C. Hall.

Strawberry Peanut Butter M&M's

These are deLICIOUs! They're the wonderful heavenly taste of Peanut Butter M&M's with the slight flavor of strawberry. MMmmmm.....

Drop Dead Diva

This show is great. I never want it to end. It's about this 24 year old model who dies when her car crashes into a grapefruit truck and is brought back to earth in the body of a 32 year old, chunky- monkey lawyer. She's got the over all personality of the model but the smarts of the lawyer.

City of Bones

I don't know if anyone else would like this book. I do- but that means squat with our family. There are demons and their hunters and crazy creepy guys called the Silent Brothers.... good times.

Gotthard's Lift U Up is the catchiest toe tapper that I've heard. It is so much fun and- well Jaxx loves it and that's what matters.

You know times are tough when people are getting kicked out of their house when it’s not even for sale.

That’s what happened to Anna Ramirez after she found all of her stuff out on the front lawn of her Homestead home last week and a strange man demanding she get out of his newly purchased house.

The eviction came after Ramirez’s home was mistakenly auctioned off to the highest bidder by her bank, Washington Mutual (yes, we know WaMu is now Chase, but we're in denial). Usually, you get a warning before you get the boot. A foreclosure letter. Maybe a sign saying your house is up for sale. Not Ramirez, who found her belongings bashed and battered in the street.

"This came out of nowhere," Ramirez said. "The bank took the house from right under my feet."

The man who bought the house told Ramirez he paid $87,000 for it, which shocked Ramirez, who bought the house for $260,000.

What's worse is her husband, daughter and grand children were also kicked out by Homestead and Miami-Dade police officers, said Martha Taylor, who witnessed the unexpected eviction.

"I have never seen anything like it," Taylor said. "They literally threw all her stuff on the front lawn. I didn't sleep that night and it wasn't even my house."

Ramirez and her family had three hours to get out of the house, police ordered. They had to stash their belongings at multiple locations and shacked up with a friend for the night as cops chained the doors of their home. With Taylor's help, Ramirez appeared before a judge two days later to explain what happened.

"I had all my stuff scattered everywhere," she said. "They did this in front all my neighbors. It was so embarassing."

A mistake in the Miami-Dade Clerk's Office appears to be behind the mishap, which landed Ramirez homeless for more than 24 hours.

The sale was eventually reversed by a Miami-Dade judge, allowing Ramirez to return to her old digs. Ramirez said she wants to sue for the damage to her furniture.

Ramirez has lived in the house for three years and recently refinanced the home with the bank.

"This shouldn't be happening, you know, because we did the right thing," she said. "We went step by step."

This almost made me puke. Could you imagine if it happened to you?

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

Dude so I went and saw Harry Potter with Jeremy and Chelcie and let me tell ya- this is my favorite Harry Potter.

It had so many really funny moments. Jeremy, Chelcie and I seemed to be the only ones laughing though. But it WAS funny.

Huh huh... I like Ron.

Tami didn't like this one very much but that is because she re-read the book before she went and saw the movie.- Big Mistake. The last time I read this book was the three days after it was first released and I LOVE the movie. See- I read Twilight before seeing the movie and I hate that movie.

There were some scenes of the movie that really creeped me out... Scary friggin images....I think Amy would be unnerved by it...

Here are some interesting facts about the movie...

Hero Fiennes-Tiffin played Tom Riddle, Age 11, while his uncle, Ralph Fiennes plays Lord Voldemort (Formerly Tom Riddle).

Robert Knox, who plays Marcus Belby, was tragically stabbed to death on May 24, 2008, just days after filming wrapped.

The first Harry Potter film to be rated PG by the MPAA since Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Though I believe it should be PG-13.)

But- yeah- I want to see this movie over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and ove...

SAN ANTONIO (AP) - A woman charged with murdering her 3 1/2-week-old son used a knife and two swords to dismember the child and ate parts of his body, including his brain, before stabbing herself in the torso and slicing her own throat, police said Monday.

Otty Sanchez, 33, is charged with capital murder in the death of her infant son, Scott Wesley Buchholtz-Sanchez. She was recovering from her wounds at a hospital, and was being held on $1 million bail.

San Antonio Police Chief William McManus said the early Sunday morning attack occurred a week after the child's father moved out. The child's aunt and two cousins, ages 5 and 7, were in the house, but none were harmed.

McManus, who appeared uncomfortable as he addressed reporters, said Sanchez apparently ate the child's brain and some other body parts. She also tore his face off, chewed off three of his toes and decapitated the infant before stabbing herself.

"It's too heinous for me to describe it any further," McManus said.

Officers called to Sanchez's house at about 5 a.m. Sunday found her sitting on the couch "screaming that she killed her baby," police spokesman Joe Rios said. They found the boy's body in a bedroom.

Police said Sanchez said the devil told her to kill her son.

"It was a spontaneous utterance," McManus said. "She said she was hearing voices."

Sanchez does not yet have a lawyer, police said, and was hospitalized in San Antonio. The police declined to identify other family members.

No one answered the door Monday at Sanchez's home, where the blinds were shut. A hopscotch pattern and red hearts were drawn on the walk leading up to the house.

Neighbor Luis Yanez said everyone on the street was appalled by the news.

"Why would you do that to your baby?" said Yanez, 23, a tire technician. "It brings chills to you. They can't defend themselves."

WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TO?!!!! This lady isn't even going to get the special place in you-know-where. She's getting her very own special place where I hope she gets her face torn off and she gets gutted and she gets her toes chewed off by an unimaginably horrendous monster every day for all of eternity. And I hope she has diarrhea.

Three people have been accused of letting rats bite a 6-week-old girl and chew off her toes at their cluttered Ohio mobile home.

Pike County prosecutor Rob Junk says the baby's toes on one foot were gone when sheriff's deputies went to the home Sunday after receiving an anonymous tip.

The baby is in fair condition at a Columbus hospital.

A married couple and the 18-year-old boyfriend of the baby's mother are charged with felony child endangering. They were in court for an initial hearing Tuesday. They're jailed pending a plea hearing in two weeks.

The prosecutor says they all lived in the mobile home west of Piketon, a village noted for its old uranium enrichment plant.

He says the baby's mother is a juvenile. He won't identify her or say if she'll be charged.

I know they didn't will the rats to do it...

But how could you let it happen? I can't even imagine...

Avatar: The Last Airbender the Movie
I Love the series of the Avatar. It's a great show. Yes I realize that it's a cartoon and it's on Nick and I'm 21 but it is just dang good comedy. So Heidi told me yesterday that they were making a movie & I got so friggin excited.
Okay, now- let me tell you why I am soooo friggin angry with the makers of this movie.

Reasons I Hate This Movie
#1. I liked most of M. Night Shyamalans movie- until The Happening- that is. That movie was just plain crap. Now he's the director of the Avatar- and it upsets me.

#2. The casting SUCKS!! None of the actors make me think- "Oh, they would be that character really well." They make me ANGRY!!!
At the top, we have the crummy actors playing the characters in the movie. The middle is the character in the show and to the bottom is the actor that provides the voice for the characters.

First off- we have Aang- the Avatar. I really don't have that big of a problem with this kid. Except I don't believe his arrow is big or blue enough... But that's not really his fault. (See Reasons I hate this movie #1)

Second comes my FAVORITE character in the show, Sokka, the Boom-a-rang-thrower...-bender.... He UNFORTUNATLY is being played by the CRAPPIEST person imaginable. Jackson Rathbone. The really really ugly and annoying guy in Twilight. I've been saying for the last year how stupid the casting directors were for casting him as Jasper. Jasper is supposed to be beautiful and he is not. Now these Dumb A**** cast him as the best character in this movie?! Jack DeSena- the dude that does the voice was on All That and he was HILARIOUS! He brings something... special to Sokka. I think they should have gotten him to do the part...

Third we have Katara, the Waterbender. This chick- I am not happy with her. I think Mae Whitman (voice) would be a better her as well.

Fourth we have Prince Zuko... The Firebender and The "Bad guy" who only wants daddy to love him. Does this look like a guy who throws fire at you? No. It looks like a dork. A big dorky- DORK! But I believe Rufio (voice) would through fire at you... Don't you agree? Dude- what's even lamer is that they originally wanted Jesse McCartney to play Zuko. LAME!!

Finally, we have Uncle Iroh- Also a Firebender. He is easily my second favorite character. Now, when I think Uncle Iroh, I think a bald-on-top, round, short, tea lovin' crazy guy with a thick Asian accent who rants on and on like Gary Busey saying some nonsense "Zen" phrase that he pulls out of thin air. This guy is too skinny, too tall and not Asian enough. Now, Mako (Voice) died awhile back so I don't expect him to play Iroh...

#3. What are the chances that they will have the same great humor in the movie that they bring into the show?

Prince Zuko: I want the Avatar. I want my honor, my throne. I want my father not to think I'm worthless.
Uncle Iroh: I'm sure he doesn't. Why would he banish you if he didn't care?
[Zuko walks off]
Uncle Iroh: Err, that came out wrong, didn't it?

Sokka: Aang, this is my friend Foo-Foo Cuddly-Poops. Foo-Foo Cuddly-Poops, Aang.

King Bumi: Who are you calling old? Okay, I'm old.

Katara: You can't keep us here, let us leave!
King Bumi: Lettuce leaf?!

Sokka: (holding his stomach) So where do I get something to eat?
Katara: You're one of the first outsiders to ever visit an Airbender Temple, and all you can think about is food?
Sokka: I'm just a simple guy with simple needs.

Iroh: So this is how the great commander Zhao acts in defeat... disgraceful! Even in exile my nephew is more honorable than you. Thank you again for the tea. It was delicious. (Zuko and Iroh leave)
Zuko: Did you really mean what you said, Uncle?
Iroh: Of course. I told you ginseng tea was my favorite. (Zuko half-smiles

Iroh: Zuko, remember that plant I thought might be tea?
Zuko: You didn't.
Iroh: I did. (Turns around revealing a horrible rash; Zuko jumps) And it wasn't. When the rash spreads to my throat, I will stop breathing. But look what I found. (Shows stick he was using to scratch his back; it is covered with pink berries) These are Pecurry Berries, known to cure the poison of the White Jade plant. That or Maccaory Berries that cause blindness.
(Zuko throws the berries)
Zuko: We're not taking anymore chances with these plants! We need to get help!

I guess that's all I got- but the morale of the story... Hollywood SUCKS!!!
