Dude so I went and saw Harry Potter with Jeremy and Chelcie and let me tell ya- this is my favorite Harry Potter.
It had so many really funny moments. Jeremy, Chelcie and I seemed to be the only ones laughing though. But it WAS funny.
Huh huh... I like Ron.
Tami didn't like this one very much but that is because she re-read the book before she went and saw the movie.- Big Mistake. The last time I read this book was the three days after it was first released and I LOVE the movie. See- I read Twilight before seeing the movie and I hate that movie.
There were some scenes of the movie that really creeped me out... Scary friggin images....I think Amy would be unnerved by it...
Here are some interesting facts about the movie...
Hero Fiennes-Tiffin played Tom Riddle, Age 11, while his uncle, Ralph Fiennes plays Lord Voldemort (Formerly Tom Riddle).
Robert Knox, who plays Marcus Belby, was tragically stabbed to death on May 24, 2008, just days after filming wrapped.
The first Harry Potter film to be rated PG by the MPAA since Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Though I believe it should be PG-13.)
But- yeah- I want to see this movie over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and ove...

Jeremy- You are a bum!! The whole week while we were there you said you were going to take us and you didn't!! Shame on you!
Bonnie- "These are not the Droyds you are looking for" its on Wizards, Justin says it.
I have to disagree. I hated the movie. It's been almost a year since I've read the book. They left out the HUGE fight scene at the end that was inside the school. This movie had too much lovey-dovey goopy crap and absolutely no good fight scenes. Although they did get the point across of what Harry needs to do to kill He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. I will buy the movie when it comes out because it goes with the set. Maybe it's one that will grow on me the more I watch it.
I've lost all respect for you, Bonster.
Half-Blood Prince was the biggest steaming turd of a movie I've ever been unlucky enough to see. (insert puking smiley here)
I didn't think it was possible to screw up Harry Potter, but they did it.
It makes me sad. :(
Don't listen to 'em Bonnie! You just like it and then like it some more.
That's sad about Robert Knox. I have no idea who he is, but it's sad.
I'll see it with you some day! You're the only one I ever see these movies with. You can tell me when to cover my eyes.
THANK YOU Dan and Nichelle!!! I was so mad that they left out the fight scene at the end! I was looking forward to it and then what happens...I didn't get my fighting!!! I would have gladly stayed even an extra 20 minutes if it meant that I got to see some real fighting in there. What a crap crap crappy movie...as Nichelle said, I will buy the movie when it comes out because it goes with the set. We shall see if it will ever grow on me. Hopefully since the next one will be in two parts, it will be much better...
THANK YOU BECCA!
To Nichelle, Dan and Tami... TTHHHHHHHRRRRRBBBBBBBBTTTTTTT
I liked this movie because it was funny- it might have been funnier than I remember because Jeremy and I were making jokes through out the whole thing.
But you know what? I wasn't expecting anything. I wasn't expecting a big epic fight or... anything really. I didn't enjoy the book (considering I don't even remember it) so I still love this movie.
She gave us The Raspberry!
You are lucky, Bon. I reread the book last month, and I couldn't believe that they had not only cut out some of the most important scenes, but they had rewritten EVERY scene and even added several stupid ones, like the crappy fight in the wheat field and the burning of the Burrow.
I agree with Tam. It was all buildup, and no payoff.
A pox on the filmmakers' houses.
Well, Chelcie is on My side so Neener- Neener Neeeeeneerrr....
She just triple-neenered me!
OK Bonnie. I took Emily to see HP6 on Friday. Watching it a second time helped me notice things I missed the first time. I am still VERY disappointed that they left out the huge fight at the end. But seeing it a second time helped me like a tiny bit more.
I liked the movie as a moive, but not as an interpretation of the book. They changed/left out too much stuff, especially the fight scene! And who is Marus Belby? I don't remember that character...
Marcus Belby is the chunky kid at Slughorns Dinner Party who is eating the dessert like it won't be there in a minute. Slughorn asks him about his father and he responds back about how him and his uncle don't get along.
